Ah Ma Handmade: Brand Identity & Retail Collateral Strategy

Challenge: Scaling a heritage-rich narrative for the high-traffic venue at Disney without losing its "human soul.

Solution: I designed a holistic retail ecosystem, integrating kinetic scroll installations and tactile collateral to create a "moment of pause" within a busy commercial landscape. This turned a transactional shopping trip into an immersive "slow retail" experience rooted in family legacy and trust.

Value: By treating heritage as a core brand asset, I created "emotional souvenirs" that bridge the gap between personal narrative and commercial scalability. This established the brand as a cultural staple, proving that the most successful commercial work is built on meaningful human relationships.
